at The Stag Inn, we believe in supporting everyone we can, however we can. While we believe our business has the potential to be a great place for conviviality and community - we know we can always be doing more.

The house charity we support is The Mountbatten Hospice here on the island. The hospice is incredibly close to the hearts of Chance & Harley. The first two Wednesday’s of the month we host a quiz where the proceeds go to Mountbatten IOW - but that’s not all we do here!

on the third Wednesday of every month we host a quiz for a different charity! Charities our staff care about, charities our customers care about, or just charities who ask us to! It’s not all quizzes though- we host all sorts of events, from bingo to parties! Plus, we…

fundraise at our bar! Katie is selling pet treats, toys and little gifts, raising money to travel with World Challenge to build houses and study local Marine Biology…

we host meet-ups for local community groups, like the Inner Demons Riders Club, a supportive, friendly club of motorcycle enthusiasts who promote mental health awareness…

we display art work from local artists, you can buy some of the art straight from our walls AND some of the proceeds go to Mountbatten IOW!

Most importantly, we talk.

We talk to you, we talk to each other, we share information, we encourage, and we support each other. Without our community we could not exist, so we will continue to give back to our community as much as we can.
